You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account by you or your authorized users. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account or connected services have been compromised.
CloseGrow CRM may allow you to connect your own Google account using Google OAuth. When you choose to connect Google, you authorize CloseGrow to use the permissions that you approve for the purpose described on the consent screen and in our Privacy Policy.
For Gmail sending, CloseGrow is intended to use the connection only to send email that you or your authorized user initiates through the CRM. You remain responsible for the content, recipients, legality, and business purpose of messages sent through your connected account.
You may disconnect your Google account from CloseGrow. Google may also allow you to revoke access directly from your Google Account.
CloseGrow CRM may provide tools for preparing, sending, tracking, and electronically signing documents. You are responsible for reviewing documents before use and for determining whether a document, signature method, disclosure, transaction, or workflow is appropriate and legally sufficient for your jurisdiction and transaction.
CloseGrow does not provide legal, tax, title, brokerage, or financial advice. Where appropriate, users should consult qualified professionals before relying on a contract, transaction structure, or electronic-signature workflow.
By providing contact information to CloseGrow, you authorize us to send service-related communications reasonably necessary to operate or support your account. Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to consent and opt-out rights described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain responsibility for information you or your authorized users upload, enter, or send through CloseGrow. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to use that information through the services. Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Real-estate values, offer amounts, closing timelines, lead outcomes, AI-generated suggestions, email delivery, third-party integrations, and other operational results can vary. CloseGrow does not guarantee a specific transaction, closing date, response rate, revenue result, or uninterrupted third-party service.
Except for customer-provided content and third-party materials, the CloseGrow website, CRM, branding, software, and related content are owned by CloseGrowSolutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Our services may depend on or integrate with third parties. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, suspension, data practices, or terms. Your use of those services may require a separate agreement directly with the third party.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, address suspected abuse or security incidents, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloseGrowSolutions Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
