CloseGrowSolutions Inc. ("CloseGrow", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you visit closegrowsolutions.com, use CloseGrow CRM, use our related services, or contact us.
Depending on how you interact with CloseGrow, we may collect:
CloseGrow CRM allows a user to connect the user's own Google account through Google OAuth. This connection is optional and is used to enable the user to send contract-related email from the Gmail account that the user selected.
CloseGrow requests only the Google authorization scopes needed for the enabled feature. For Gmail sending, CloseGrow is designed to request the gmail.send permission so that the user can send messages initiated from CloseGrow CRM. CloseGrow does not use this integration to read the user's Gmail inbox, read message history, access contacts, or use Gmail data for advertising.
When a user authorizes Google access, CloseGrow may securely store OAuth authorization tokens and limited account-identifying information needed to maintain the connection and perform user-requested sending. OAuth secrets and tokens are protected using technical safeguards and are not displayed to other CloseGrow clients.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features that the user requests. CloseGrow does not sell Google user data, does not transfer Google user data for advertising purposes, and does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
CloseGrow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Users can disconnect their Google account from CloseGrow CRM using the available disconnect control. A user may also revoke CloseGrow's Google access from the user's Google Account security settings. Disconnecting or revoking access prevents future use of the Google connection by CloseGrow. We may retain non-Google business records, such as a contract record or delivery status, when needed for legitimate business, legal, security, or audit purposes.
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from CloseGrowSolutions at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that help operate or secure our services, transaction participants when directed by an authorized user or needed for a requested service, authorities when required by law, or a successor entity in a business transaction subject to applicable law.
We retain personal and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Google OAuth tokens are retained only while needed to maintain an authorized Google connection or until the connection is revoked, deleted, or otherwise no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, opt out of marketing communications, and disconnect third-party integrations such as Google.

CloseGrow may integrate with third-party services, including Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices in addition to this Privacy Policy.
